The shoes look really nice, but they ran small on my kid. I just went with his usual size thinking it would be fine, but I probably should’ve sized up.

They’ve got a nice variety of stuff, and I was able to find most of what I needed. Just a heads-up for anyone going in: it’s worth taking your time and checking around because not everything may be exactly where you expect it.

I really wanted to like these, but my feet started hurting not long after I put them on. It kind of feels like they were made more to look good in photos than to actually be worn for a while. Definitely not comfy for me.

I ordered through click and collect thinking it would save me time, but it ended up being more hassle than just shopping in store. I didn’t get any clear updates, so I went in expecting it to be ready, and the staff seemed a bit lost when I asked about it. My order still wasn’t ready and I just had to stand around waiting way longer than I should’ve. Really frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t bother using it again

I placed my order and got the confirmation email right away, but after that it was basically silence. They make it seem like you’ll get proper updates and tracking, but in reality I had to keep checking things myself with no clear info. Frustrating and definitely not what I thought I was signing up for.

I bought a pair of kids shoes from The Trybe and at first I was happy with them. They look good and the fit was fine, so no issues there. But after only a few wears, I noticed some creasing and a bit of glue showing near the sole, which made me wonder if I’d been a bit fooled by how nice they looked online. They’re not awful or anything, just not as good as I expected for the price. Delivery was smooth though, so that part was fine

So many things were missing, and the ones that were there only had odd sizes left. The site itself was fine to use, but the lack of choice was frustrating. I gave up and bought what I needed somewhere else. Bit of a letdown, tbh.

I tried using it on my phone, but the pages were loading really slowly and the filters kept resetting on me. Checkout felt clunky too, so I ended up giving up...

I’m careful about what I spend on shoes since kids grow out of them so fast, so I was happy to find a decent deal. Checkout was simple, delivery arrived without any issues, and I’d definitely buy again if there’s another sale.

They usually have the shoe sizes I’m looking for, which I really appreciate. Some of the colors seem to disappear fast, which is a bit annoying, but overall I’ve had a good feeling about shopping here. It just generally works out for me

The only thing that held it back for me was that the payment page took a bit to load on my phone, and I was kind of expecting clearer instructions while it was processing so I knew what was happening. It did go through fine in the end though, and I’d shop there again.

Maybe they run decent sales now and then, but at full price it just doesn’t feel competitive. I ended up buying somewhere else and probably won’t bother checking back unless the prices come down.

I did get the help I needed in the end, so that was good. The only thing is the replies took kind of a long time, which was a bit frustrating while waiting. But overall, they did help me, just slow with messages.
